This nice stone built house is situated in a picturesque village 50 km away from the regional center – the town of Kardjali, and 15 km away from the town of Zlatograd. The Greece border is 20 km away from the property.
The house is solid built by stone and trimmer joists with living area 120 sq. m distributed between two floors. On the first floor there are two rooms, a hall and a cellar of 10 sq. m.
The second floor embraces two rooms and a hall. The toilet is outside of the house. Running water is available and a septic tank has to be done. The property is electrified.

According to the scientists it is an unique Thracians Castle, dated from 5-th to 4-th centuries B.C. The monument is impressive for its enormous size - 80m long, 30m wide and 8m high. There are 15 separated rooms, skillful cut into the rock - the throne-room, leaving rooms, corridor and stairs.
In the area of Kardjali there is one of the natural phenomenon “The Stone Mushrooms” the reserve of very rare plants “Valchi Dol” and the bed of unique flower “Silivriak” or so called “Orpheus Flower”, the fields of snow drop, red peony, blue juniper and etc.
