This fully equipped coffee-bar is situated in a newly-built residential building in close proximity to the center of Veliko Turnovo. It spreads over more than 163 sq. m. of area and seats 70 people inside plus 40 more on the terrace (49.70 sq. m.) where your guests can enjoy a panoramic view towards the vicinity. Located on the third floor of the premises the coffee-bar is contains a good-sized hall (coffee-bar), kitchen, one bathroom and two rest-rooms. Currently the coffee-bar is working and it is offered totally equipped, in excellent condition with terracotta-tiled floor, plastered walls and PVC window and door frames.
The historical and cultural capital of Bulgaria - Veliko Turnovo is very well-developed; it offers shops, supermarkets, bars, cable TV, cable Internet, mains water, main sewerage system, cinemas, telephone lines and many other facilities.
