This lovely and cosy 4 floor hotel is situated in Varna. On the ground floor there is restaurant (about 40sqm) with storehouse. There is also mehana (this is traditional drinking establishment) with nice fireplace, large basement and sauna. On the first floor there is another restaurant with 20 seats. There is situated 1 apartment - consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. On this floor there is huge balcony (about 100sqm) with amazing sea view. On the second floor there are 2 apartments. The first of them is 70sqm and consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The second apartment is 40sqm with bedroom, living room, bathroom and toilet. On this floor there is corridor (30sqm) and balcony (30sqm). The last floor has one large apartment (about 100sqm)  with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony (40sqm). In the garden of property there is summer restaurant with 80 seats, BQ, oven, discover bar with kitchen. There has beautiful fountain. By the side of the building there is a large hothouse (150sqm), where are growing some exotic fruit-plants like olives, fig-tree, tangerine-tree, etc. In the garden there are also cherry, apple, peach, apricot.Varna is the sea-capital of Bulgaria. There you will find a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and you will be able to feel the real Bulgarian atmosphere. The hotel is nearby the coast, with amazing sea views. Other coastal resorts, such as St. Constantin & Elena and Golden Saints are within driving distance. To the other side of the town is situated the airport - about 10km from the hotel, witch is very comfortable.
