We bring to your attention a two-storey house with total build-up area of 100 sq.m, located at the end of a nice village.The large garden spreads on 3000 sq. m.
The first floor of the house embraces an entrance hall and 1 room. On the second floor of the house there is a corridor, 2 rooms and a big terrace. The walls are plastered, the floorings and the ceilings of the property are wooden. An inside staircase connected the floors. The road leading to the property is asphalted and easily accessible even in winter season. The necessary facilities for comfortable living are provided here: electricity, running water inside and outside, a septic tank, outer toilet, possibility for a telephone line.
