This small, single floor house was built in 1994 from concrete and bricks. The entrance is with a conservatory. There is corridor, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. There is two several buildings. One of them is used as a cellar. In the second is situated the central heating. In the garden there is one apricot-tree. The house is only a few minutes within driving distance of the river which  is perfect for fishing and water sports.The amazing natural park of Lipnik is nearby. In Rousse, you will find a lot of shops, bars and restaurants.
