Exclusive Ski & Spa Resort is a luxurious apartment hotel surrounded by deep-green pine forest and situated 800 m away from the center of Borovets, in close proximity to the main road connecting Sofia to Borovets and Plovdiv. The new development is designed according to the European safety and comfort requirements and covers all standards and conditions of a four-star hotel. A brand new chair-lift and a cabin lift are to be built close to the hotel.
Exclusive Ski & Spa Resort will be constructed on a plot with an area of 9 002 sq m and will feature 19 164 sq.m total built up area. It will consist of four main sections, with six apartment floors each, ground floor with commercial areas, plus underground floor with a parking and public zones. There will be total of 214 apartments of various types, namely: studios, two-room apartments and maisonettes. Owners and guests will have access to a modern SPA center, conference hall, shops, restaurant and a lobby bar.
The construction of Exclusive Ski & Spa Resort has started in November 2006. The completion date is March 2008.
