This village is located just 35km from one of Bulgaria's largest towns - Rousse. It is only a few miles from the River Danube. The house was built in the 1972.The first floor has a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, there is also a bathroom. The second floor has a one bedrooms and a two living room. There is no currently no inside toilet, but these can easily be installed. The toilet is outside. The garden of this property is about 2000sqm and there is a peach tree, a few apricot trees and a big walnut-tree. In the plot there are about 200sqm of farming buildings. The main village has a good asphalt road and there is a reasonable stone road to the house itself.
