The house is located in a small village, only 35 km away from the town of Vratza and 145 km from the capital city of Bulgaria – Sofia. The village is on a main road and at the same time it is very close to the mountain. The region, where the house is suitable, is appropriate for fishing and hunting. The road that leads to the property is asphalt and is reachable during the winter. This is two-storey house with 74 sq. m. living area. On the ground floor there is a big larder. The floor is cemented. On the first floor there are two rooms, wooden joinery and the floor is cemented, too. The house has a stone foundation.
