The property is located in a small village, only 35 km away from the town of Vratza and 145 km. from the capital city of Bulgaria – Sofia. The village is on a main road and at the same time it is near the mountain. The house is situated in a region suitable for fishing and hunting. The road which leads to the property is asphalt and offers all year access. The house is two-storey with 40 sq. m. built-up area.
On the first floor there are two rooms. The windows are wooden framed and the floor is cemented.
